Don’t rush

I’m often rushing between places. I do this hoping to spend my time more efficiently. I realize that most of the time I shouldn’t be rushing. I don’t like to be in a rush, and I rush because I feel like I’m saving time by doing it. Really, though, I’m wasting time: I’m spending time doing something unpleasant and disruptive to thought, when I could otherwise be doing something I like: travelling.
